I ordered some flowers from yourselves for my fiance's mother who has been going through a difficult time. We felt some lovely flowers to let her know we were thinking
of her would be a nice gesture.
As we are not local to Hereford I searched the Yellow Pages website yell.com for florists in Hereford. I found that lots of the florists listed in Hereford had a link to their websites, so I had a look through them Yours was by far the best
website with a gorgeous choice of flowers and I particularly loved the great chioce of more contemporary bouquets. The only problem I found was deciding which of the lovely bouquets to choose!
I phoned to order and found the gentleman on the other end of the phone to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I decided on Classic Bouquet number eight for same-day delivery.
There was nobody in when the flowers were delivered so the person delivering them very thoughfully placed the flowers in the garden shed and left a card to say where they were. I would like to thank you for doing that.
My Mother-in-Law to be absolutely loved the flowers and has sent us a photograph, and we can see that the arrangement was absolutely stunning, so bright and colourful and modern. She was over the moon. We felt the flowers were absolutely glorious,
and very reasonably priced.
I simply cannot fault you, from your professional and user-friendly website, the friendly and enthusiastic attitude over the phone, the ease of ordering, the care and attention shown when the flowers were delivered to the outstanding quality and
design of the bouquet. You helped to give someone a much valued gesture of love and support, and simply brightened up her day. She says that just looking at the flowers in her home makes her smile.
It is not often you experience such fantastic all-round customer service and I would wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone. Thank you so much.
